Long time ago there lived a Sales woman who was very well known for her skill of selling anything and everything. She had magic in her that she could sell anything.
Irrespective of product, irrespective of location, irrespective of price, irrespective of state of economy, she used to sell whatever comes to her. Rest of the people just wondered as to what was happening. Even after having all the resources and best education still they were not able to sell. A SMART man was interested in meeting her, understand from her what she exactly did. The man was stunned when she started saying that, “I had not sold a single product till date”. How it is possible when everyone else say that she is the best Saleswoman?
After good interaction with her she told that, she never sells a product or service to client but Sells a solution. Wow what a great insight, isn’t it? “People don’t buy product and services, they buy solutions and experience”

Selling product is different where you want to sell something to client irrespective of whether the client wants it or not - so it is your need to sell product; you are not at all concerned if the client wants the product or not. In problem solving mode, you understand client first, client’s need and then give solution to that need or problem, here in this case clients makes independent decision to buy product and not being forced, convinced to buy product.
